The software appears as a small icon in the Windows system tray. When you need assistance simply double click the M icon which will launch SBBS’s Helpdesk Portal,
All requests are sent directly to SBBS’s helpdesk where the support team is immediately notified of your problem. The process is hassle free, reliable and timely!
Maintain-IT offers several plans to meet your needs. Maintenance is performed during the day for residential customers and at night for business customers ensuring Hassle Free Protection!

Hardware and software issues that report an error to the event log files will be captured and reported.
SBBS technicians will have remote access to your computer to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely.

EVERYDAY a scan for viruses, spyware and malware will be processed. Issued found will be removed.
